A lifelong Bay Area native and South County resident, Ryan Grotz brings a rare blend of focus, empathy, and deep regional knowledge to every real estate transaction. Since 2022, he’s helped clients across San Mateo and Santa Clara counties buy their first homes, upgrade into luxury living, or build from the ground up—closing nearly $9M in production last year.

With a background as a personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder, and coach, Ryan pairs discipline and clear communication with sharp negotiation skills. He's an Approved Buyer Representative who guides clients through every step with confidence, transparency, and care.

Ryan lives in Morgan Hill with his two kids, Chloe and Liam, and stays active coaching youth sports and supporting local theater. When he’s not working out or closing deals, you’ll likely find him reading the latest Jack Reacher novel.
