"This was my first time buying a home, but Megan was excellent all the way through the process. She knows the area well and took the time to learn and understand my preferences, and showed me homes that fit accordingly. She worked within my budget and found me something that fit me great (and it only took four months!). She was also great about scheduling houses to look at with me, getting all the disclosures for houses, walking through them with me, helping me think about what I want out of a home and what's important to me. If I had a question about a property, she usually had the answer 15 minutes later. When I found the one I wanted, she strategized with me about what we should offer to get it, and we beat an all cash offer. She has her own contacts that she'll recommend for everything, and they're great, but don't be afraid to shop around as well. Buying a home in the bay area moves ridiculously quickly, but she made sure I understood what was going on and what I needed to do if I wanted to bid, and she's super responsive by text/email/phone all the time - I never had a problem getting a hold of her (don't be afraid to ask her questions! She's knowledgeable and knows how to get whatever info you want). Even after winning the bid, she was checking in with me all the way, making sure I was on track with my paperwork to secure my loan.
